methodology for stewarding cost and schedule throughout the lifecycle of a
project. Forecasted developed and managed project scope, schedule, and
budget for 5 different projects ranging from $400,000 to $6.1 million in
CAPEX and 5,000 - 515,000 RSF. Project management delivered from inception,
site selection, and construction through occupancy. Subject matter expert
for project communications, leading to the development and implementation
of a number of best practices for the scheduling team. Developed key
